The project included an investigation of the potential of constructing an addition to an existing 16 story office tower, and the maximum site build-out possible under current City zoning codes and building codes. The intent was to maintain the existing exiting, elevator and MEP infrastructure to maximize the usable floor plate area. Expansion was planned for phased additions based on future space needs. The design also included recladding the existing tower to resolve technical issues.
