The project included forensic investigation of the failing face brick veneer. The investigation evolved into a design for partial reconstruction of the upper 4 floors of the 13 story south façade brick veneer which was failing due to anchorage conditions. The reconstruction solution included the design of a repair veneer anchor system capable of transferring loads to the booktile back up wythe.
