Project Description

Commissioning scope was based on the State of Wisconsin Division of Facilities Development Level Two Commissioning Process and also included an independent peer Quality, Coordination, Systems Design / Interface and Specifications Review to verify fulfillment of the Owner’s Project Requirements. Specific primary services included:

• Design phase project team meetings to offer independent opinions related to exterior enclosure systems selection and conceptual design.
• Development of Construction Verification Checklists with the Design Team.
• Peer review of the Preliminary Design Phase Documents and the Final Design Phase Documents related to general quality, coordination / integration, detailing and Owner’s Project Requirements.
• Independent specialized peer review of the primary exterior enclosure system component submittals and mock-ups with emphasis on coordination of the Air, Vapor, Thermal layers and Detailing within and between the separate enclosure components / systems.
• Construction phase commissioning / coordination meetings related to the exterior enclosure systems.
• Construction phase field reviews of the exterior enclosure systems for quality assurance and compliance verification with the Owner’s Project Requirements and Construction Documents.
